🍳 Eat this before your next morning run

Hi runners,

Jessy here with newsletter #289!

Happy Monday! We've got just what you need to kick your week off to a good start!

Here's what I have for you today:

  • We've all been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but we're less often told what the best things are to eat for breakfast.

  • I spent the weekend watching Netflix's latest docuseries, 'Sprint' so you don't have to (but I suggest you do πŸ˜‰).

  • The one thing none of us can runaway from is time, but how does aging impact our running?

Get ready to get faster!
