⛰ Two Champions Crowned At 2024 UTMB—An Underdog And A Veteran

The marquee event of UTMB week promised to pack a punch with a deep lineup of elite athletes facing challenging course and weather conditions.

The 100-mile event, which features a 171km course crossing through France, Switzerland, and Italy, is considered one of the most challenging events in ultra-trail running, with the biggest stars of the sport converging in Chamonix every year for their shot at glory.

👟 6 Signs You’re Wearing The Wrong Running Shoes

Finding perfectly fitting running shoes is an ongoing quest for many runners.

Trial and error are what most of us go through when searching for running shoes, but when we finally run that long run with ideal comfort, we know we’ve found our perfect match.

If you are still deciding whether or not your shoes are right for you, we have compiled a list of six sure-fire signs that you’re wearing the wrong running shoes and that your quest is far from over.

⏱ The Boston Marathon Changes Cutoff Time To Set Time Of 5:30 P.M.

The Boston Athletic Association (BAA) has updated its finish line policy for the 2025 Boston Marathon following concerns raised during the 2024 race.

Previously, runners had a 6-hour window from the moment the last runner left the starting line in Hopkinton to reach the finish in Boston and be listed as an official finisher.

🫣 5 Common Mistakes New Runners Make

As you take the first steps in your running journey, it’s easy to get swept up in the enthusiasm and start bagging more miles and running faster than you should.

Beginner runners frequently burn out, get injured, or suffer from fatigue from doing too much too soon – all of which hinder progress and, to be honest, motivation.
